Consultation information

  • AM Dietetics offers both in-person and telehealth consultations to cater for a range of needs.

Online consultations are completed using the secure telehealth platform Coviu. Online consultations follow the same structure and pricing as in-person consultations. In-person consultations are completed from our office in Albury NSW.

  • Initial consultations run for 60 minutes. During this consultation Amy will first discuss your nutrition goals and concerns, health history and current diet. She will then work with you to create an action plan of nutrition focused strategies to achieve your goals.

In most cases, multiple review consultations are required to achieve nutrition related goals. Amy will always considers your individual needs and personal circumstances when creating a management plan, to ensure the plan is practical and client centred.

Review consultations run for 30 minutes, and are usually scheduled every 2-4 weeks depending on your needs. During these consultations, Amy will review your progress, discuss any roadblocks or new concerns, and make changes to your nutrition strategies as required.

N.B. Please note that Amy typically does not provide prescriptive meal plans within consultations. If this is something you would like or are expecting, please note this when booking so she can discuss this with you and decide on the best option for your personal needs.
